"Vístete y Sígueme" ("Get dressed and follow me")

Esta foto la tomé en junio de 2008. Viendo correr a la chica con ropa y calzado de marca pensé: "Una foto de ella estaría bien para publicidad deportiva" (y hasta pensé en la frase: "Vístete y sígueme"). Así que con esa idea tomé la foto. Mi idea era buscar a una agencia de publicidad y venderles la idea. No lo hice, la foto quedó en el archivo. Casi dos años después, Nike sacó su publicidad con una chica corriendo (muy similar a mi foto) y la leyenda "Just Do It". ¿Los demando por plagio de ideas? :-D Me gustaría dejaras un comentario. ¡Gracias!

This photo was taken in June 2008. Viewing the girl running with brand clothing and shoes I thought, "A picture of it would be good for sports advertising" (and I even thought about the phrase, "Get dressed and follow me"). So with that thought I took the picture. My idea was to look for an advertising agency and sell the idea. I did not do it, and the picture was in the file. Almost two years later, Nike pulled their advertising with a girl running (much like my photo) and the legend: "Just Do It".

Should I sue for plagiarism of my ideas? :-D I would appreciate your comments. Thank you!
